Daniel Riley

Daniel has practiced law in Arizona since graduating with distinction from the College of Law at Arizona State University in 2008. His primary practice areas are family law, estate planning, and appellate work. He also has a broad range of experience in civil litigation.

Prior to joining The Harrian Law Firm, Daniel managed a legal practice that was funded by a grant from the Department of Justice and that served victims of domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault. He is deeply committed to helping families through the difficult process of divorce, separation, and child custody.

Daniel is a transplant to Arizona, having spent his youth in Kansas, Alabama, California, Colorado, and Washington due to his father’s military service. Daniel’s wife is a social worker specializing in working with children age five and younger. They have lived in Arizona since 2003. In their free time, they enjoy hiking, running, and reading.
